What are we looking for?
- Values: It is essential that you match the values of our firm, such as being determined, trustworthy, and loyal. A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
- Degree: If you lack a university degree, there is nothing to worry about. In this case, we are looking for evidence of your extraordinary achievements. Whether your achievements were in the classroom or a competition with others, we encourage you to share your successes. You may also wish to tell us about any course work you have completed at school or college, or any charitable contributions you have made.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written English.
- Determined: Skills can be learned, experience can be gained, what we are looking for is the right attitude to constantly learn, develop and be better.
- Communication skills: Transparent and open communication is what we seek. We don't do egos! It is fine to speak up and say things as they are if you feel that we can improve our process.
- Technical skills: Experience with Google Sheets or Excel, and G-Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
- Mindset: Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.
- Home-office: Remote working space with fast internet, a camera, a microphone, speakers, and a reliable computer.
- Availability: The availability to work within UK time zone (09:00-15:00 with 1-hour break at 12:00 to 13:00)
Here is what you will be doing:
- Bookkeeping: Organize receipts, record expenses, and update our accounting tool - QuickBooks or Pandle. Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and chase payments (we have a process that works, so all you have to do is follow our methodology).
- General admin: Plan and organize gifts for clients and company-wide. Organize company events, competitions, and get-togethers throughout the year.
- Lead generation: Occasionally, you may be asked to assist in the lead generation process as part of the sales process. The process consists of shortlisting prospects on LinkedIn, Google, and the Web, as well as building a lead list.
- Sales Ad-hoc: Maintenance and upkeep of the internal database and CRM systems such as Pipedrive. Minutes taking on important client calls (from time-to-time, these calls may be recorded, and you will then be given the recording to type in a summary).
Other general ad-hocs activities on-demand.
Depending on business needs and priorities, every day will be different. At our company, quality always takes precedence over quantity, so you'll never be overworked, but given the time to complete each task as professionally as possible.
